Ack! 99% of the time, this is because you actually didn’t create an account when you ordered your Rasa. Whoops! We don’t do it for you automatically because of privacy, so you’ll have to create an account with the email address associated with your order/subscription, and then you’ll be good to go.

To create your account, head to wearerasa.com, then look for the "account" button in the top menu bar, next to the shop button. It looks like this:

From there, click create, and be sure to use the email address associated with your order so it's all synced up when you log in!
