Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system within 10 minutes — and at that point, we can't make changes to it. The team starts pulling items immediately, and the order moves into shipping before we can intercept it.
This applies even when something like Apple Pay auto-fills the wrong address, or your PayPal account had outdated details on file. We know that's frustrating, and we're sorry when it happens.
The best way to avoid this: double-check your shipping address and payment details before you place the order.
