It says my package was delivered, but it’s not here. Help!Updated a year ago

Aw, darn you, postal carriers! We have found that it is quite common for them to preemptively mark a package as delivered. It is also common for packages to end up your neighbors. They really want to foster neighborhood community, 😏 and while we love community, unfortunately, it’s a pain in the butt for everyone involved. 🙄 Please check in with your neighbors, and wait a couple more delivery days. We know waiting sucks, but we promise Rasa is worth it! And 99% of the time, it really does get delivered! (Trust us, we get to answer this question many times a day. 😛) However, if your Rasa still does not appear, let us know and we are happy to do some investigating and make sure you're taken care of.
