Moving? Your subscription needs to know.

It only takes a minute to update your shipping address — here are two ways to do it:

Option 1: Log in to your Subscription Portal, click Manage Subscription, then click Edit next to your shipping address.

Option 2: When you get your shipping heads-up email, there's a quick link in the yellow banner that takes you straight to your address update.

One important thing: make sure to update all of your subscriptions, not just the next one coming up.

Shipping to multiple addresses? You can set up different shipping addresses for each subscription individually in your portal.

Timing matters. Address changes take effect on future orders — not one that already processed today. If that happens, email us right away at [email protected]. We'll do everything we can to catch it, but the window is short once an order moves into fulfillment.
