Our Sample Packs are covered under our stress-free-30-day-money-back guarantee (we’re Rasa after all, we wouldn’t want to ADD stress). We hope you love your Rasa! But if are dissatisfied with your first sample pack purchase...first, have you tried at least a few of them? They all taste different so don’t knock them all if you don’t like the first one you tried! And second, be sure to add your favorite creamer, and sweetener if that’s your jam.

All 8oz and 2lb bags of Rasa are eligible for a refund as store credit within 30 days of purchase for one-time purchases or first subscription orders only.

For subscriptions, you will receive an email notification 3 days before your order is processed. Please be sure to make any updates at that time before your order is confirmed. Once your subscription order is processed and you get a confirmation email, it’s already in the works and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges (and cancelling your subscription at this point will apply to future orders, not the order that just processed!). We love you, but no take-backsies!

Due to the nature of our product, we won’t ask you to mail your Rasa back. If you did not enjoy the product (we’re not crying, you are!), we encourage you to share it with a friend who may like to try it (or a stressed out boss, #passiveagressigiftingforthewin). Who knows, it may just make their day.
