Returns & Refunds

Our Variety Packs are covered under our stress-free-30-day-money-back guarantee (we’re Rasa after all, we wouldn’t want to ADD stress). We hope you love your Rasa! But if are dissatisfied with your first variety pack purchase...a couple of suggestions first: have you tried at least a few of them? They all taste different, so don’t knock them all if you don’t like the first one you tried! Second, be sure to add your favorite creamer, or sweetener if that’s your jam. If you've tried everything, and it's not for you, let us know and we'll make it right. 

If you are a first-time purchaser of any of our other products, we offer store credit if you reach out to us within 30 days of making your purchase.

For subscriptions, you will receive an email notification 3 days before your order is processed. Please be sure to make any updates at that time before your order is confirmed. Once your subscription order is processed and you get your order confirmation email, it’s already in the works, and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges (and cancelling your subscription at this point will apply to future orders, not the order that just processed). 

Late or missing refunds

Due to the nature of the #internets and credit card processors, sometimes it can take up 3-5 business days for refunds or credits to arrive (what goes on in the cloud? We will never know). If you’re not seeing a credit posted after 5 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

If you receive a package that is damaged upon delivery, please send us an email with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the product to [email protected]. If your Rasa was compromised, we'll make it right, and the photos will help us make a claim with our shipping partners. 

Return to Sender

Please note, we can not accept "Return to Sender" packages. If you receive a shipment that you no longer want, please do not return it this way, as we cannot guarantee return delivery and, unfortunately, the package will likely get destroyed. Refunds will not be given for packages that have been returned to sender.
