Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Rasa subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before 12:01AM EST on the day your order is set to process.
How to cancel:
- Log in to your account at https://wearerasa.com/account.
- Click 'Manage Subscriptions'
- Click 'More' at the bottom of the subscription block and choose ‘Cancel’
Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. You will continue to receive any orders already paid for, but no further charges will occur. Cancellations stop future shipments. Orders already 'in process' or shipped cannot be refunded.
Subscription Flexibility
You may also skip your next shipment, delay your next shipment, change the frequency of your shipments, or change the product(s) you are subscribed to.
