Email [email protected] immediately if you notice any issues. You can also update the shipping address using the My Order Status link in the Order Confirmation email.

If this is an auto-ship order, you'll want to login to your Rasa subscription portal here to adjust any subscriptions you may have set up for yourself during your initial order. Be sure to enter the email address you used when you placed your order. The system will text you a 4-digit code to get in there. No passwords needed.

Once your order has been assigned an order number, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order. We absolve ourselves of the responsibility to replace orders sent to wrong addresses or with items you didn’t mean to order. We will do our best to make those changes if the order hasn’t gone out yet.
