Speed matters here — the sooner you catch it, the more we can do.
For one-time orders: Email us at [email protected] as soon as you notice something's off. You can also update your shipping address directly using the "My Order Status" link in your order confirmation email.
For subscription orders: Log into your Rasa subscription portal to make any changes. Use the email address you placed the order with — the system will text you a 4-digit code to get in. No password needed.
One honest heads-up: once an order number has been assigned, we're usually not able to make changes or cancel. We'll always try if the order hasn't shipped yet — just reach out immediately and we'll do what we can. But we can't guarantee it, and we're not able to reship orders sent to the wrong address or with items that weren't meant to be ordered, so it's worth catching early.
