Email [email protected] immediately if you notice any issues. You can also update the shipping address using the My Order Status link in the Order Confirmation email.

Once your package has shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order. We absolve ourselves of the responsibility to replace orders sent to wrong addresses or with items you didn’t mean to order. We will do our best to make those changes if the order hasn’t gone out yet.
