We hear you, and we know how frustrating it feels to see a charge you weren't expecting. Here is the honest truth of how our flow works behind the scenes:

Once your subscription has already processed and your card has been charged, your Rasa is already deep in the "shipping queue" dance. At this stage, our warehouse team is moving fast to get those adaptogens into your hands, and we’re unable to pull an individual package back out of the hip deep bins on the shipping dock. Any cancellation or modification you make now will automatically apply to your next scheduled shipment.


How to Catch It in Time

If you make your changes before that charge hits, you’ve caught it! You are the master of your own rhythm. To avoid surprises, we highly recommend:

  • Heads Up Emails 💌: These are so, so important. They are our way of whispering, "Hey, your Rasa is coming soon!" Please make sure these aren't heading to your spam folder or being ignored.

  • Check Your Pulse (and your Portal): If you’re feeling overstocked or need to pause, jump into your Manage Subscriptions portal a few days before your renewal date.

We want you to love your Rasa experience, not feel burdened by it. If you’re truly stuck, reach out—but remember, those "Heads Up" emails are your best friend for staying in flow!
