I canceled my subscription but it's still shipping!Updated 4 months ago

If your subscription has already pulled through and your card has been charged, your order is already well on its way in our shipping queue and we can't pull it back to make changes. 😰 

Any changes made at that point, will go into affect for next month's subscription. 

If you make changes prior to your card being charged, you caught it! Once your card has been charged our systems are already hard at work moving your order through as fast as we can. 

It is actually really really important to us that you are seeing your heads up emails. 💌  Please do not unsubscribe to those or push those to your spam.
