I'm getting charged too often.Updated 5 days ago
If you've just recently gotten an auto-ship and just got an email letting you know another is coming up, you should double check that you don't have multiple subscriptions. In customer care, when we get that complaint, 99% of the time there was already a subscription set up and the customer went to the website and set up another subscription.
Instead of setting up a duplicate subscription, that's hard to manage, you should just edit the first one.
You can do that by going into your portal and editing what you already have set up. In there you can swap blends, remove blends you aren't ready for or if you just simply have too much on hand click Skip, or set the next order date out as far as you need to.
If you use multiple emails, be sure to check which email your Rasa email came into. That will be the email that you used for that subscription.
We love helping people in Customer Care, but we gotta Jerry McGuire this situation. Help us help you! You gotta know what email you have subscriptions set up under in order to log into them in the system. If you suspect you have used a different email address, clear your cache, and try logging in using the other email address. The system will text you a 4-digit code to get in, so there's no remembering passwords necessary.
Still stuck? Let us know! Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you figure our where your subscriptions are.
