Our subscription system is designed to be your ritual’s best friend. It automatically sends a "Heads Up" email a few days before your next batch of Rasa ships out, giving you plenty of time to pause, swap, or add to your order.

If that email hasn't hit your inbox, let’s do a quick vibe check:

  • The Spam Vortex: Sometimes your email provider gets a little over-zealous. Check your spam or "Promotions" folders and mark us as safe.

  • The Unsubscribe Dilemma: If you’ve unsubscribed from our marketing emails, your server might be blocking these transactional "Heads Up" notes, too. It’s a technical quirk, but it means you’re missing out on vital info.

  • The Wrong Inbox: Double-check the email address you used at checkout. Your subscription notifications are loyal—they’ll only go to that specific address!

A Note on Radical Honesty

It is deeply important to us that you see these emails. We want your Rasa experience to be intentional, not a surprise charge on your card.

That said, let’s keep it real: our system shows us when an email has been opened. It creates a pretty "un-optimal" energetic friction when we’re told an email wasn't received, but our dashboard shows it was read. Please don't put us in that position.
