Our subscription system automatically sends out an email notification 3 days prior to your subscription shipping out.
If you don't remember receiving this email, please check your spam folder, or let us know if you've unsubscribed to our marketing emails, that may be preventing your email server from accepting your heads up email.
It's actually really important to us that you are seeing these emails so we'll do everything in our power to get the word out to you. If you block us, well, that's just awkward, because that's not on us. It's also really uncomfortable when we check our systems and can see you already read the email you're claiming not to have received. Like...really awkward. Please don't put us in that spot.
Be sure to use the email address you used when you placed your order because your subscription will only pull up under that address. Enter that email address when prompted at login, and the system will instantly text you a 4-digit code. No passwords necessary.
